In August 2020 we released our Hand Carved “ULTRA” Waving flag.  These flags are carved out of stock that is DOUBLE the thickness of stock of our standard Hand Carved Wavy flags.  This allows us to carve very deep, very realistic waves that make this flag stunningly realistic.

Still handcrafted from 13 individual pieces of solid wood, one for each stripe, having their own individual unique grain in the wood.  Combined with its VERY deeply hand carved waves into the 4″, 6″ or 8″ stock (depending on flag size), with 100% of the front being carved, and its waves carrying through to up to 35% of the back of the flag.  This extra attention to detail is what makes this flag an eye catching piece of Patriotic art, that no one can resist to stop and look at!  100% handcrafted means no cheap stencils or spray paint, no printers or CNC carving, there are absolutely no short cuts of any kind.  Every single star is painted by hand with a brush, every wave carved by hand and every ripple sanded by hand. Each flag is made to order and customizable.
